In the 49th Chapter of the Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu reminds us that our key to accepting and loving ourselves is in our interactions, acceptance, and love of others. We are not separate from anyone. When I attack you, I am attacking me. When I hurt you, I am hurting me. When I judge you, I am judging me. When I love you, I am loving me.
