Lou has been attending our Tao recovery meeting for years. Lou is the first Al-anon member that we have had the pleasure of interviewing. One takeaway for me was an Al-Anon saying, referencing the person we are there to try to help.

The only constant in change. It's not a matter of if change will happen but rather that change is always happening. Everything is always in motion, and nothing stays the same. This discussion touches on the importance of managing expectations, acceptance, and other factors that play a role in the recovery process.
